You know it's Summer when...

You know it's Summer when your kids are up at 7:00 a.m. asking what they can do.

You know it's Summer when you once again signed Pk up for too many activities. The reason being that if you don't sign him up for all these activities he will continue to bug everybody and everyone because he is so bored.

You know it's Summer when your food bill doubles because you have kids home all day eating everything they can get their hands on.

You know it's Summer when all day long you hear, "Mom I'm bored."

You know it's Summer when there is constant fighting between children over who gets what to play with.

You know it's Summer when you have to sit through Coach pitch AGAIN. We thought it would be more entertaining to watch then T-ball, but boy were we wrong.

You know it's Summer when Lex wants her brothers to "Go away."

You know it's Summer when kids are in and out of your house all day long. And to make matters worse, you have no idea who some of these kids are.

And lastly, you know it's Summer when mom desperately needs a nap, has a headache, is onery the majority of the day, is sunburned from sitting outside watching kids, and is constantly telling kids to be quiet so they don't wake up their sister.

Summer, piece of cake!
